Business Analyst

Role Overview

RWS Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their innovative software solutions business. You will focus on digital transformation within the legal landscape, working directly with clients to implement document workflow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and peers; serve as the primary point of contact for resolving blockers and issues.
• Actively participate in presentations and demonstrations for both existing and potential clients.
• Identify and recommend best practices to elevate team performance by integrating experience and lessons learned.
• Develop deep expertise in client businesses, stay updated with customer needs, and manage expectations through proactive formal and informal communications.
• Prepare, document, and implement deployment phase activities, including client training/demo sessions, user guide documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to resolve technical issues; create clear defect tickets for the technical team.
• Monitor and analyze incoming support items from clients.
• Generate detailed weekly reports for project leadership.
• Work closely with developers and client subject matter experts throughout each project lifecycle within Propylon's suite of products.
• Participate in workshops with key stakeholders (including senior management) to gather business requirements, enabling user story creation.
• Document Functional Specifications and collaborate with Technical Leads to align tools with evolving client needs.
• Define, plan, and execute manual test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure quality delivery.
