Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 7 years of expertise in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting solution delivery for complex projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, requirements, processes, and challenges.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze and model current-state and future-state processes using methodologies like BPMN and flowcharts.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational goals.
  • Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking with stakeholders and testers.
  • Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for change management initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure the timely delivery of key business milestones.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to foster mutual understanding.
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT, consulting, or business transformation environments.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Balsamiq, Figma, or other wireframing tools is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
