Business Analyst SaaS Product & Workflow Automation
Experience: 6-10 years
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end business analysis process from discovery to delivery for complex product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for campaign management, budgeting, logistics, and feedback workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the design and optimization of workflows using tools like Camunda or n8n.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and validation of features against business goals.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Drive UAT planning, execution, and validation of features against business objectives.
Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, workflow automation, and agile methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories, BRDs, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
