Fly Finance, an initiative by Leverage Edu, is a fintech platform focused on education loans and international financial services for students. We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst specializing in Sales & Customer Onboarding to join our dynamic team in Noida. This pivotal role bridges sales, onboarding operations, and business analytics, demanding a blend of data-driven insights, sales execution, and leadership. You will be responsible for performance metrics, leading a team through product demonstrations, partner onboarding, and funnel optimization. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity requiring both individual contribution and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Sales Analytics: Analyze sales funnels, conversion metrics, and onboarding performance. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Excel and CRM data. Identify bottlenecks in lead conversion, demo processes, and onboarding journeys. Deliver actionable insights to enhance B2B sales efficiency.

Product Demos & B2B Engagement: Lead and manage product demonstrations for B2B partners and institutional clients. Support complex sales discussions with data-informed perspectives. Ensure client expectations are met by product capabilities.

Team Leadership & Execution: Lead and mentor a team focused on inside sales and customer onboarding. Establish performance KPIs and track individual and team achievements. Coach team members on demo delivery, communication strategies, and onboarding quality.

Customer Onboarding & Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee the complete post-sale onboarding process. Serve as the primary point of escalation for onboarding and operational challenges. Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams to refine and improve workflows.

Skills & Requirements:

Business Analysis & Data Skills: Proficiency in Business Analysis, Sales Analytics, Funnel Analysis, and Data Interpretation. Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets, with expertise in reporting and dashboard creation.

Sales & Onboarding Skills: Experience in B2B Sales Support, Product Demonstrations, Customer Onboarding, and Stakeholder Management.

Leadership & Domain Experience: Demonstrated Team Leadership / Team Handling abilities. Prior experience in FinTech / BFSI is highly preferred. A solid understanding of sales and onboarding workflows.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. An analytical, structured, and ownership-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Background in business analysis, sales operations, or revenue analytics. Comfortable balancing analytical tasks with client-facing responsibilities. Experience in fintech or high-growth startups is advantageous. Proven track record of leading teams and achieving measurable results.
