Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Sales Tracking & Analysis: Track Sales Target vs Actual (branch-wise, category-wise, salesperson-wise) and ensure 100% accurate, updated daily reporting with actionable insights.
2. Dashboard Development: Create and maintain functional MIS dashboards for real-time performance monitoring by leadership.
3. Red Flag Identification: Proactively identify business gaps, underperformance areas, and critical issues, and escalate with suggested action plans.
4. Marketing Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly marketing reports including outcome mapping and Marketing Budget vs Actual analysis.
5. Meeting Preparation & Leadership Support: Prepare meeting agendas, gather required data, analyze metrics in advance, and track action points post-meetings.
6. Follow-ups & Execution Monitoring: Prioritize tasks, ensure inter-departmental coordination, and follow up on action items to drive execution.
7. SOP Development & Implementation: Develop, document, and implement Sales and Operational SOPs within defined timelines and monitor adherence.
8. Recruitment & Hiring Tracking: Manage recruitment processes, maintain org chart and hiring tracker (fortnightly updates), and ensure vacant roles are filled within defined timelines.
9. Reporting & Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and manage structured reports, presentations, and business documentation for directors.
10. Communication & Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between Directors and HODs, ensuring timely communication and professional correspondence.
