As an Analyst within the Wealth Management Investment Solutions Brokerage Product Development team, your responsibilities will include central coordination of product development and governance activities for investment platform initiatives. You will provide essential support to global product teams in delivering cutting-edge solutions and actively participate in strategic projects focused on innovation and efficiency. This position offers a unique chance to leverage your subject matter expertise across a comprehensive range of investment platforms and brokerage offerings for internal partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Centralize the coordination of Product Development and Governance activities for diverse investment platform initiatives, including program status tracking, executive stakeholder communication, and ownership of periodic governance and reporting processes.
• Engage daily with global technology teams through Scrum meetings, emphasizing prioritization and agile methodologies.
• Participate in and track Agile ceremonies such as refinement, retrospectives, and quarterly planning.
• Develop clear and structured JIRA stories in collaboration with the Product Director and stakeholders.
• Oversee the successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of products.
• Document both the current and strategic operating models.
• Maintain and proactively suggest enhancements for ongoing product Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across various trading businesses.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the regulatory and legal landscape pertaining to the investment product development process.
• Collaborate effectively with diverse perspectives from Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Investment teams to deliver robust product management and regulatory initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience within financial services, specifically supporting Global Markets business operations.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with a variety of trading products, including Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and FX.
• Proficiency in systems, operational, and control analysis.
• Demonstrated flexibility, ability to meet tight deadlines, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and foundational knowledge of Python for coding.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• A proactive self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Exceptional data analysis, quantitative, and technical aptitude, with the ability to rapidly learn new processes and datasets.
• Prior experience with tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is highly desirable.
• A comprehensive understanding of market trading conventions, settlement procedures, systems, and protocols across a wide range of asset classes is preferred.
