Emami Ltd is seeking a dynamic Brand / Marketing Professional to join its Kolkata team. This pivotal role involves shaping brand strategy, executing impactful marketing campaigns, and driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing & Brand Strategy: Support the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies to enhance market share, brand visibility, and consumer reach.
- Advertising, Packaging & Promotions: Assist in executing brand advertising concepts, packaging initiatives, and consumer promotions, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
- ATL & BTL Activations: Support the planning and execution of Above-the-Line (TV, Print, Digital) and Below-the-Line (on-ground, trade, POS) activities to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.
- Sales Coordination & Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the Sales team to implement and monitor trade promotions, schemes, and marketing initiatives across various trade channels.
- Media & Agency Coordination: Liaise with media agencies, advertising agencies, and research partners to support brand campaign execution and ensure timely delivery.
- Product Development & R&D: Work closely with R&D on product conceptualization, positioning, and new product development, including testing and launch readiness.
- Brand Extensions & Growth: Assist in planning and executing brand extension initiatives and growth programs for existing and new markets.
- Budget Management: Track brand-related expenditures against approved budgets and support efficient cost management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Demonstrated exposure to branding, media, promotions, and sales coordination
