About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and concept-driven Brand Designer to join our Bengaluru-based team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and design storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Conceptualisation:
• Analyze brand positioning, target audiences, market research, and competitor landscapes to develop relevant creative directions.
• Conceptualize distinctive brand identities rooted in storytelling and strategic thinking for the Indian market.
• Visual Identity Design:
• Create logos, typography systems, colour palettes, and graphic elements tailored to diverse client needs.
• Develop cohesive visual identity systems ensuring brand recognition across digital and physical touchpoints in Karnataka and beyond.
• Brand Guidelines & Applications:
• Create comprehensive guidelines covering logo usage, typography, colours, imagery, and consistency for local applications.
• Apply identities to packaging, stationery, presentations, digital platforms, and marketing collateral relevant to the Indian design ecosystem.
• Craft & Execution:
• Demonstrate expertise in typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy suited for high-quality production-ready assets.
• Refine designs based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity within agency workflows.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to develop cohesive brand experiences in a dynamic studio environment.
• Present concepts clearly, articulating the rationale behind creative decisions to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field with 2–5 years of experience in brand design agencies in India.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end branding projects and visual identity systems for various industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
