The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the BPO sector, demonstrating strong operational and customer service skills. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of BPO services
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary
• Train and mentor new team members on processes and procedures
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery
• Prepare and present operational reports to management
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in BPO operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
