Blue Prism Developer

Role Overview

SentientGeeks is seeking an experienced RPA Blue Prism Developer who can also leverage Microsoft Power Automate. This hybrid role requires a strong foundation in AI/ML implementation within automation contexts, making you pivotal to our digital transformation projects.

• RPA Expertise: 4-5 years of hands-on experience primarily with Blue Prism, with preferred exposure to UiPath and mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).

• Tech Stack: Proficiency in .NET technologies, programming languages Python/C#, SQL databases, RESTful APIs, and web services.

• Mandatory Skills: Deep understanding of AI/ML methodologies to integrate intelligent automation; strong background in process design, technical documentation, and creating web forms for RPA workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient automated workflows using Blue Prism (primary) and UiPath (secondary).

• Develop integrated automation solutions connecting Power Apps & Power Automate with enterprise systems.

• Create robust business logic in .NET family languages and configure processes adhering to best-practice workflow principles.

• Leverage AI/ML capabilities within RPA projects to enhance decision-making and process accuracy.

• Integrate automation solutions seamlessly with SQL databases, external APIs, and legacy systems.

• Troubleshoot production issues, provide timely support, and manage change requests through structured governance processes.

Certifications & Soft Skills

We value candidates holding Blue Prism or UiPath certifications. Business Analysis certification is a plus. You must possess strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders as a collaborative team player.
