Blockchain Developer

This is a full-time remote role for a Blockchain Developer supporting India’s Future Investors and its associated digital products.

About The Role:

The Blockchain Developer will design, build, and maintain blockchain-based solutions that power game mechanics, tokenized rewards, and secure transaction flows related to the reality show ecosystem. Daily responsibilities include implementing smart contracts, integrating cryptocurrency and payment rails, building back-end services and APIs, and ensuring secure data handling and cryptographic integrity.

Collaboration:

The role involves collaborating with product, design, and content teams to translate entertainment and competition concepts into robust, scalable blockchain features. The developer will also monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for reliability, user experience, and future growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Blockchain Expertise: Strong expertise in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, with experience designing and deploying smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Back-End Development: Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Cryptography & Security: Solid understanding of Cryptography principles and secure coding practices for protecting assets, identities, and transactions.
• Blockchain Platforms: Experience with at least one major blockchain platform (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Binance Smart Chain) and smart contract languages (e.g., Solidity, Rust).
• Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with Web3 libraries, wallet integrations, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, or similar).
• Education & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
