Job Summary

Curapersonal Private Limited in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana is seeking a skilled and motivated Blockchain Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing secure, scalable blockchain-based solutions. Candidates should have hands-on experience building smart contracts, developing decentralized applications (dApps), and integrating blockchain networks with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity.
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) integrated with blockchain networks.
• Work with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and/or Hyperledger.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of blockchain systems.
• Conduct smart contract testing, auditing, debugging, and optimization.
• Implement cryptographic protocols and secure key management practices.
• Optimize gas usage and transaction efficiency.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and upgrade blockchain infrastructure as required.
• Stay up to date with emerging blockchain trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Solidity and experience with Web3.js.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum and/or Hyperledger.
• Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, hashing algorithms, and digital signatures.
• Experience in smart contract development, testing frameworks, and auditing practices.
• Understanding of gas optimization and blockchain security best practices.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience: 2 - 6 Years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Layer 2 solutions (e.g., Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum).
• Knowledge of token standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
