Role Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Translator (Telugu/English) to join our team as an AI Trainer. You will facilitate conversations between humans and advanced chatbots, teaching the models how to communicate effectively while measuring their progress.

Responsibilities (Telugu & English)

• Create diverse, engaging conversations across various topics to train AI models.
• Formulate high-quality responses based on specific prompts provided by our platform.
• Evaluate and compare the performance of different large language model outputs.
• Conduct thorough research and fact-checking to ensure all AI-generated content is accurate, original, and safe.

Requirements

• Native or bilingual fluency in both Telugu and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing one.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing style and grammatical accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills for research, verification of facts, and maintaining content originality.

Compensation

This role offers hourly pay ranging from 240.09 to 384.15 INR (rates vary by project), with bonus potential on select tasks. Payments are processed via PayPal; we never request money upfront, and PayPal handles currency conversion.
