About the Role

The Senior Reconciliation Developer – Assistant Vice President is a hands-on technical individual contributor responsible for end-to-end design, development, configuration, and optimization of enterprise-grade data reconciliations. You will drive reconciliation engineering across high-throughput transaction processing systems and general ledger architectures.

• Hybrid Schedule: Work 2-3 full days onsite in Chennai with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Rule Build & Configuration: Design and deploy complex multi-way matching algorithms on enterprise reconciliation engines (e.g., TLM SmartStream, Duco).
• Break Classification & Exception Handling: Engineer automated models to categorize discrepancies and accelerate root-cause analysis.
• Scalable Data Pipeline Development: Develop high-throughput pipelines using Python (Advanced), SQL (Advanced), and Apache Spark/PySpark for large-scale financial datasets.
• Tech Stack & DevOps: Utilize Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift for containerized deployment; manage CI/CD with Jenkins/GitLab. Experience with Java, Scala, or C# is a plus.
