Big Data/Cloud/Pyspark Developer Opportunity in Chennai, India
Citi is seeking a skilled Big Data/Cloud/Pyspark Developer with 2-5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, Pyspark, Scala, and the Big Data ecosystem, along with strong Unix Shell scripting abilities. Hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, and real-time streaming/processing is required. A solid understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Marts is essential. Exposure to cloud technologies such as Snowflake and Databricks on AWS and GCP is highly desirable. The role involves programming and debugging for business applications, requiring working knowledge of industry practices, standards, and specific business areas. The candidate should demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
