Big Data Engineer

We are seeking a Big Data Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team at Citi in Pune, Maharashtra, India. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of application development procedures, concepts, and basic technical areas to identify and implement system enhancements. You will analyze and resolve complex issues, drawing on your understanding of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to recommend and implement solutions. Responsibilities include conducting testing and debugging, utilizing script tools, and writing basic code for design specifications. You will assess the applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options in situations not covered by standard procedures. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. Experience in programming and debugging business applications, along with a working knowledge of program languages and industry practices, is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of a specific business area for application development is also necessary. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
