We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer who is self-driven, analytical, and has a strong inclination towards identifying right data trends, highlighting gaps in existing data, and building effective measurement frameworks to improve the experience of our shoppers. The candidate should be able to use a combination of data mining techniques as well as statistical and machine learning techniques for segmentation and prediction. He/She should be passionate about working with disparate datasets and love bringing data together to answer business questions.

Key job responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end deep dives using exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to create actionable insights.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of statistics and Machine Learning (ML).
• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to gather data and metrics requirements.
• Develop interactive and flexible visualization dashboards across products to drive adoption and increase visibility into key measures of business performance.
• Data modeling, Data extraction through ETL processes using SQL.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with tools like Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with industry analytics visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g., t-test, Chi-squared).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or R.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or Advanced technical degree.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design.
• Experience with statistical analysis and correlation analysis.
