Banking and Markets Researcher

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple client projects simultaneously, collaborating closely with Consultants and Researchers.
• Develop rigorous project strategies, including identifying priority targets through market research and leveraging data tools to deliver scalable client solutions.
• Guide project teams throughout the search process, focusing on candidate solutions, client materials, quality, and speed.
• Identify, calibrate, and prioritize potential candidates using thorough research, the firm's network, and external resources.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's offerings to best address diverse client needs.
• Produce high-quality client documentation, such as candidate profiles, role specifications, search strategies, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with client teams to develop pitch presentations and business development materials, tailoring deliverables to specific client requirements.
• Proactively drive business development activities, monitoring market shifts, company updates, and people moves within relevant segments.
• Partner with consultants to build targeted event lists for business development initiatives.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge management by sharing expertise, building industry networks, and documenting pertinent information.
• Develop subject matter expertise, offering strategic guidance and insights on industry trends and topics to support client teams.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience post-undergraduate degree.
• Demonstrated experience in market research, qualitative or legal research, professional services/consulting, or project planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
