Bancassurance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION | BANCA CHANNEL | LIFE INSURANCE

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to drive Life Insurance business through our Bancassurance channel. You will manage relationships with bank officials and staff, generate leads from existing customer bases, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

• Manage and develop relationships with bank branches and bank officials.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Officers to convert insurance leads.
• Sell suitable life insurance products based on customer needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Conduct regular branch visits for relationship management.
• Track performance metrics and prepare MIS reports.
• Drive renewals, persistency, and retention strategies.
