About The Role
You will be part of an expanding network of software professionals—including backend engineers—working remotely from locations across India (specifically Pune) and globally. Your tasks involve creating challenging programming puzzles for AI training datasets, evaluating generated code solutions, writing high-quality technical explanations, and providing insights that directly enhance model performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve diverse algorithmic problems to train robust backend-focused AI models.
- Develop clean, efficient code snippets using languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Critique and validate AI-generated solutions for accuracy and performance.
- Document your reasoning with clear technical writing in English.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer fully remote flexibility allowing you to choose projects that suit your schedule. Compensation ranges from INR 7,195.34 to INR 14,390.68 per hour for eligible backend engineering tasks.
