The Role

We are seeking talented Backend Engineers to build the core systems behind our AI Finance Agent. You will design reliable APIs, workflows, and financial product infrastructure capable of scaling across markets, partners, and millions of users globally.

What You'll Own

• Build backend services, APIs, and workflows for our AI-driven finance solutions.
• Support diverse products including insurance, payments, wallets, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
• Design robust systems for user accounts, transactions, partner integrations, reconciliation, notifications, and operations.
• Collaborate with product and mobile teams to rapidly ship customer-facing journeys.
• Integrate seamlessly with banks, payment gateways, insurers, data providers, and other key partners.
• Enhance system reliability, observability, security, and performance.
• Develop practical, auditable systems ready for regulated financial products.

What We're Looking For

We need engineers with 3+ years of backend experience, strong fundamentals in APIs and databases, and the ability to build scalable services that integrate third-party systems. You must have a deep understanding of security, reliability, data quality, and operational edge cases.

• Comfortable making practical trade-offs between speed, quality, and risk.
• Able to work effectively with product, mobile, operations, and business teams.
• Fintech, payments, insurance, lending, or banking experience is a strong plus.
