About This Role
Deepgram is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of internal data and ML training systems. You will build secure scalable services for data cataloging querying access distributed compute orchestration for large-scale model training research tooling integrations more.
Your Impact
- Improve core data ingestion cataloging transformation services including networking speech processing audio transcoding latency memory optimization.
- Engineer high-performant extensible ML training code enabling rapid scaling of new foundation model architectures like CNNs RNNS and transformers.
- Develop processes to measure optimize system performance debug complex issues in networking scheduling databases persistence stores.
