You would be working as a Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead (SSE/TL) with senior technology leaders to develop high-quality software aligned with business strategy and user demand.Requirements:
- 2-5 years of server-side application development experience with Golang
- Deep technical expertise with a track record of successful delivery
- Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and product management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex designs
- Strong judgment, organization, problem-solving, architecture design, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science from IIT/NITs.
Tech Stack & Skills:Java/Node.js, RDBMS, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Redis/Aerospike, Microservices, AWS. Experience scaling and optimizing API/storage layers is essential.
