Backend Sales Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Backend Sales Engineer to join our team. You will play a critical role in supporting sales operations by coordinating with customers, preparing techno-commercial quotations for power and distribution transformers, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal departments like Engineering, Production, and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Coordination: Support the front-end team and manage customer inquiries regarding order status and specifications.
• Quotation Preparation: Develop accurate techno-commercial proposals based on technical requirements.
• Tender Management: Assist in preparing and submitting tender documentation for transformer projects.
• Order Processing & Delivery: Coordinate with production teams to track progress and communicate delivery schedules effectively.
• MIS & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of quotations, orders, and customer interactions using MS Excel and Word.
