Backend Platform Engineer

About The Role

As a Backend Platform Engineer in Bangalore, you will be at the center of building intelligent, agentic workflows that redefine how top revenue teams operate. You'll work across the full lifecycle of AI-driven product development, from training and evaluating models to integrating them into user-facing systems.

Your Responsibilities:

• High Ownership: E2E design and implementation of scalable systems independently with clean code practices.
• Customers First: Engage directly with customers, join calls, and ship solutions in collaboration with product and AI engineers.
• Systems Understanding: Proficiency with data storage (Amazon Aurora, DynamoDB, Snowflake) and queuing/streaming systems (SQS, Kafka).
• Operations Excellence: Obsession with minimal downtime and ensuring high availability for customers.
• Bias for Action: Ability to ship quickly in a fast-paced environment with weekly deliverables.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

We are looking for candidates proficient in Python, Spark, AWS, Flask, Next.js, and Vercel. Experience with LLM models or multiple cloud services is a plus. You will be expected to have some overlap working hours with US PST.
