Backend Infra

Responsibilities:

• Build core products from scratch without legacy technical debt, owning LLM integrations and secure enterprise deployments globally.
• Shape architecture directly with founders to deliver complex systems for knowledge retrieval and SaaS platforms worldwide.
• Make strategic decisions on tooling and infrastructure while scaling operations in high-growth markets like Gurgaon and beyond.
• Own features end-to-end including backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and front-end development using modern tech stacks.
• Build and grow engineering teams to move fast and architect for long-term success in the global AI landscape.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience scaling products at FAANG-level companies or high-growth startups, with a track record shipped globally.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex systems involving LLMs, enterprise SaaS solutions, or knowledge platforms for international clients.
• Capable of owning features end-to-end across backend engineering, API design, infrastructure management, and front-end development.
• Proficient in moving fast while architecting robust long-term solutions adaptable to global market demands.
• Demonstrated passion for product excellence and business impact beyond just code execution in competitive environments.
