Backend Engineer

As a Backend Engineer at SmartBear's Zephyr Enterprise team in our Bengaluru office (hybrid model), you will design and build highly scalable microservices using Java 17+ to solve critical challenges in AI-driven software delivery. Key responsibilities include implementing REST/SOAP APIs with JSON/XML, optimizing low-latency data flows on AWS (RDS, S3, Elasticache), integrating RabbitMQ messaging queues, and collaborating within an Agile/Scrum environment. You will enhance Zephyr Test Management products by applying OOAD principles, Spring Framework expertise, and security best practices while interacting with diverse stakeholders to ensure exceptional user experiences.
