Key Responsibilities:

• System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain resilient services for our payment processing platform, leveraging Rust's capabilities.
• Code Excellence: Author clean, maintainable, and efficient code, actively participating in code reviews to uphold best practices and ensure high-quality output.
• Scalability and Reliability: Engineer systems designed for sustained high performance and availability, capable of growing with our user base.
• Security Focus: Implement and uphold stringent security measures and best practices, essential for the sensitive nature of payment technologies.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers and product managers, to translate feature specifications into high-quality product deliverables.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging trends in fintech and payment technologies, proactively evaluating and recommending new tools and methodologies to enhance our systems.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years in backend development, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Rust.
• Demonstrated expertise in system design, with a proven track record of implementing scalable and performance-optimized services in Rust.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with experience in delivering complex projects.
• A foundational understanding of cryptography and security protocols is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in startup or fast-paced, high-growth environments is preferred.
