About the Role

Join us as a Senior Python Developer specializing in Large Language Models (LLM) and Artificial Intelligence. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance agentic applications while collaborating across functions to deliver innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust backend systems using Python tailored for Agentic AI-driven applications.
• Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and infrastructure supporting ML models and AI components.
• Write clean, modular code adhering to industry best practices and participate actively in constructive code reviews.
• Optimize Python applications by debugging, profiling, and addressing performance bottlenecks within complex AI pipelines.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Implement automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployment workflows.
• Stay ahead in Data Science, Agentic Development, AI/ML engineering practices, and LLM trends.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 9-12 years with strong programming skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; certifications (AWS/Azure/Oracle) are preferred.
