Responsibilities
- Complete diverse software engineering tasks across AI training and evaluation projects.
- Review and evaluate codebases and model outputs for correctness, quality, and safety.
- Deliver clear, well-documented work independently without direct supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of real-world software engineering experience (full-time or substantive internships qualify).
- Skills: Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language.
- Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as a self-starter.
