About the Role:

Navitas Business Consulting is seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join their dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust full-stack web applications. You will contribute to building responsive user interfaces and developing sophisticated backend services and APIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, will be key to delivering high-quality solutions. You will also be involved in implementing CI/CD pipelines, supporting cloud deployments, and ensuring code quality through testing and documentation. Continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications, including front-end, back-end, APIs, and databases.
• Build responsive, user-friendly UIs using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful or GraphQL APIs utilizing Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers to refine requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployments on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring appropriate documentation.
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and architecture.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in backend or full-stack development, with a preference for Java, C#, Python, or Node.js.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong experience with server-side programming using Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or .NET.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Familiarity with API design principles, microservices architecture, and REST/GraphQL best practices.
• Working knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub) and DevOps pipelines.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
