Role Overview
As a Backend Developer at Alalan, you will design and maintain server-side logic, database architecture, and APIs powering our FinTech products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance backend services using Node.js/NestJS/Python
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices for financial data management
- Ensure security, scalability, and optimal system performance
Required Skills:
- 2-4 years experience with JavaScript (Must Have)
- Proficiency in Node.js, NestJS, Express, or Python
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with Redis/Memcached for caching
- Unit testing frameworks like Jest/Mocha/Jasmine
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and fintech security standards
