Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leaders to design and solve industry-critical problems in backend engineering.
• Design, build systems from scratch, and drive them to successful completion.
• Actively participate in building and improving the innovation culture within the team.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
• Work effectively within cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain a proactive attitude by raising concerns early and providing robust solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated great analytical thinking and communication skills essential for backend roles.
• Professional experience with Python or Golang programming languages is required.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and data structure concepts.
• Preferred: Exposure to Python, Pandas-based data extraction, exploratory data analysis, and data cleaning.
• Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML) models, ML infrastructure, Natural Language Processing, or Deep Learning is a plus.
