Backend Engineer

As a Backend Engineer at Pice in Bangalore, you will be instrumental in shaping our core technology. Your responsibilities will include the design, development, and maintenance of highly efficient, reliable, and clean systems. You will contribute to system architecture decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks and bugs with innovative approaches. We are seeking candidates with demonstrable proficiency in Go, Java, or Python, who have a strong track record of designing and building scalable applications. Excellent database skills (RDBMS, NoSQL), sharp critical thinking, analytical acumen, and problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience in building projects from the ground up is a significant advantage, as is a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
