About the Role
As a Back End Engineer within IDFC's growing Data & Analytics team in Bengaluru, you will architect and maintain scalable applications using Python, Node.js, Golang, and React. You'll partner with cross-functional experts to productize AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design efficient backend systems utilizing asynchronous programming patterns.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Frontend teams on model deployment.
• Optimize database queries and resolve system bottlenecks for peak performance.
• Lead code reviews to uphold best practices in Python, Node.js, and Golang development.
• Mentor junior developers while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (BCA/B.Tech/B.Sc).
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Golang with a grasp of scalable architecture.
• Strong debugging skills and full-stack curiosity.
