About the Role

The Lead Backend Engineer will own core services processing millions of transactions. You will define and implement complex technical problems for IOT, proprietary, Order, and Payment Management systems running at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing clean, efficient code using Java and Python in microservices architectures.
Ensuring high performance, scalability, availability, and fault tolerance.
Optimizing database schemas, queries, caching (Redis), and messaging systems (Kafka).
Maintaining 24/7 production operations with strong observability and incident response skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments.
Strong proficiency in Java, Python, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
