Backend Developer – Python

About the Role

Tata Technologies seeks an experienced Python Backend Developer to build scalable and secure APIs, microservices, and integration services for their Automotive Digital Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop backend services using Python (FastAPI preferred) and RESTful APIs following OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
• Design scalable microservices with reusable components.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Create robust data persistence solutions leveraging PostgreSQL, Cassandra, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Utilize Redis for caching strategies to optimize transient state performance.
• Integrate seamlessly with object storage systems (e.g., S3) and enterprise-grade applications.
• Implement comprehensive security protocols including OAuth 2.0/OIDC, JWT, RBAC, and audit logging mechanisms.
