Backend Developer

Parth AI Solutions, a leading AI-first product company based in Ahmedabad, India, is seeking a Backend Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent, in-office role with a compensation range of 5 - 7 LPA. The successful candidate will work on live, high-traffic products, including an AI Matchmaking Platform that processes millions of interactions daily, and develop cutting-edge Gen-AI applications. Responsibilities include building backend features and REST APIs using Python, working with Gen-AI/LLMs to create AI agents and automation workflows, validating and testing features, debugging issues, implementing fixes, handling deployments, and managing basic AWS server infrastructure. Collaboration on full-stack features is also expected. The ideal candidate will have strong Python fundamentals, experience with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask, and a good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB preferred). Familiarity with modern AI coding tools, AWS, DevOps, and personal projects involving Gen-AI/LLMs are considered a plus.
