Backend Developer

WIN Home Inspection is seeking passionate Backend Software Engineers specializing in NodeJS to join our expanding team. You will contribute to building revolutionary software products and applications within a multi-disciplinary team, creating state-of-the-art web and mobile applications. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications, microservices, integrations, and reusable components. You will utilize NodeJS, Javascript, REST API, and other technologies to build web services and cloud-native applications within an agile framework that includes product owners, frontend and backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and QA. Key responsibilities include optimizing performance, maintaining code quality through testing and reviews, participating in architecture discussions and code reviews, and identifying technical solutions to enhance user experience and backend efficiency. We require a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical field, with 4-7 years of experience in backend development (NodeJS, Javascript, PostgreSQL, REST API, AWS) and cloud/server-less architecture. Experience with development, integration, deployment, and testing automation tools is essential.
