SINC NETWORK is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join their team in Gurugram, Haryana. This full-time position focuses on building robust and scalable backend systems with a strong emphasis on Node.js and NestJS.

About the Role

As a Backend Developer, you will be instrumental in creating high-performance, secure, and scalable backend solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating various third-party services, and designing efficient system architectures. This role is ideal for a developer passionate about optimizing applications for high traffic and ensuring data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful & GraphQL APIs
• Integrate third-party APIs, SDKs, and services
• Design scalable system architecture including microservices, caching, and load handling
• Optimize application performance for high-traffic scenarios
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth, along with rate limiting
• Manage databases (PostgreSQL), caching layers (Redis), and backend infrastructure
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot production issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Node.js and the NestJS framework
• Proven experience with API development, API security best practices, and tools like Swagger/OpenAPI
• Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL (SQL) and NoSQL databases/caching like Redis
• Solid understanding of system design principles, including microservices, caching strategies, and load balancing techniques
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of asynchronous processing with tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Strong grasp of backend security vulnerabilities (SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF) and mitigation techniques
• Experience in writing unit tests and debugging production systems
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub and experience working within Agile development methodologies

Experience: 3-6 years

Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month
