Backend Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design, plan, and build robust software components within a product engineering environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end development of scalable systems using Java/Spring Boot.

• Design systems, services, and distributed architectures that meet high-performance requirements.
• Create and maintain REST APIs (SOAP/RPC) to support diverse client needs.
• Ensure production stability through rigorous testing, deployment pipelines, and continuous observability monitoring.
• Led debugging efforts with a strong "you build it, you own it" philosophy.

Key Requirements

• 2 to 8 years of professional experience in product engineering environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical expertise.
• Strong command over Data Structures, Algorithms, OS concepts, and OOP principles using Java/Core Java.
• Demonstrated track record building large-scale distributed systems or core infrastructure programming.
• Solid understanding of data modeling strategies across various storage technologies.
• A proactive DevOps mindset covering the full lifecycle from development to production health ownership.
