Backend Developer

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer proficient in Golang to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using the Gin framework.
• Build and optimize REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time systems for enhanced user experience.
• Work with MySQL databases, ensuring efficient query design and performance optimization.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization systems leveraging JWT tokens.
• Develop and manage robust role-based access control (RBAC) systems to ensure data security.
• Collaborate closely with frontend teams; React knowledge is a plus for full-stack understanding.
• Contribute to system design, including High-Level Design (HLD) and architecture discussions.
• Build and maintain microservices / SOA architectures to ensure scalability.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure within Ubuntu environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, debug complex problems, and continuously improve system performance.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Experience Level:

• 1 year in Back-end development (Preferred) - Entry to Mid-level

Location & Work Mode:

• In-person at our Noida, Uttar Pradesh office.
