Backend Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Back End Developer (1-3 years experience) to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. As a key member of Drongo AI, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality server-side applications, robust APIs, and scalable databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build efficient server-side solutions using frameworks like Django, Node.js, Express, or Go.
• Design and optimize relational/NoSQL database schemas ensuring data integrity and security.
• Implement automated testing suites for system reliability.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) with a focus on performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues using strong problem-solving skills in an agile environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in back end development (1-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in at least one backend language/framework: Python/Django, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, etc.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, server-side architecture, and Git version control.
• Familiarity with cloud services, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and security best practices is a plus.
