You will design and build enterprise-grade systems, emphasizing usability, performance, scalability, and craftsmanship. Key responsibilities include:

Developing and maintaining complex web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.
Designing and implementing high-quality, enterprise-grade systems with strong database fundamentals, including MySQL, caching, and query optimization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, product management, backend engineering) to develop and launch new features.
Participating in code reviews, debugging complex codebases, and continuously improving our platform.
Staying ahead of industry trends in backend development and recommending innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience building complex, distributed software applications.
Strong proficiency in Java and Python, with hands-on experience in React for frontend integration.
Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and scalable platform systems.
Comfortable with APIs, debugging, and documentation best practices.
