About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in developing scalable backend systems and APIs, with practical experience in Laravel, C++, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient backend systems and APIs.
• Construct scalable and high-performance applications.
• Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Engage in collaboration with frontend developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Contribute to code reviews and uphold coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Laravel (PHP framework).
• Hands-on experience with Python and C++.
• Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• A good grasp of system design and backend architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Knowledge of caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached).
• Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
