Role Overview:

We are seeking a Backend Developer to join our lean engineering team. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing our core platform by executing large-scale database migrations from MongoDB to SQL-based systems and upgrading existing Java libraries (Java 17+). Your work directly powers hospital operations, ensuring seamless patient care across diverse markets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate legacy data while maintaining integrity between source and target databases using established frameworks.
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust backend services in Java/Spring Boot on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Build end-to-end RESTful APIs for new modules aligned with NABH standards.
  • Collaborate effectively to articulate technical approaches clearly, leveraging AI development tools like Claude or Gemini.
    Must-Have Skills:

  • Java (17+) & MongoDB: Essential experience in backend logic and concurrent database management during migration phases.
  • Spring Boot: Proficiency required for modern service architecture.
  • GCP Deployment: Hands-on cloud exposure preferred.
