Backend Developer

Requirements:

• We seek engineers who have built and shipped backend/cloud systems, not just maintained them.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong Computer Science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, design patterns, networking, performance optimization, and cloud computing (especially AWS).
• Preference is given to tenure: Engineers who have stayed and delivered for 3+ years at their current company (particularly at senior levels). They should still write code hands-on, lead technically, and not be in people-only manager tracks.
• Hands-on backend experience required in Golang or Java.
• Demonstrable history of building/operating scalable distributed systems or high-availability SaaS products.
• Deep AWS/cloud knowledge with modern CI/CD practices, containers (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
• Solid grasp of system design, debugging, monitoring, instrumentation, and observability best practices.
