Backend Developer

DataAnnotation is seeking a skilled Backend Developer - AI Trainer to join our team and help advance cutting-edge AI systems. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule and work from various countries, including India.

As a valued member of our coding team, you will collaborate with state-of-the-art AI models. Your responsibilities will include designing and solving complex coding problems, building functional applications, and performing data analysis and visualization. Your contributions are vital to refining intelligent systems that learn and adapt.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and solve diverse coding challenges for AI system training.
• Produce clear, high-quality code snippets and comprehensive explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide critical feedback to shape future AI model generations.

Required Qualifications:

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills.
• A completed or in-progress bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is highly preferred.
