Backend Developer

DataAnnotation is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our AI training team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the ability to set your own schedule while contributing to the development of advanced AI systems.

As a Backend Developer - AI Trainer at DataAnnotation, you will collaborate with a vibrant community of over 100,000 professionals, including front-end, back-end, full-stack, and machine learning engineers. Your work will involve engaging with state-of-the-art AI models to tackle programming challenges, build functional applications, and perform data analysis and visualization. This role directly influences the refinement of learning and evolving intelligent systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and solve a variety of coding problems to train AI systems.
• Create clear, high-quality code snippets and provide detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Offer feedback to directly influence the evolution of AI models.

Qualifications:

• Native or bilingual fluency in English.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Exceptional writing and grammar skills.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Prior experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
