Backend Developer

DataAnnotation is seeking a proficient Backend Developer - AI Trainer to join our Gurugram, Haryana team and contribute to developing cutting-edge AI systems. This fully remote position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art AI models. You will engage in challenging programming tasks, including creating and solving coding problems, building applications, and synthesizing insights through data analysis. Your work will directly refine intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and solve diverse coding problems for AI system training.
• Write clear, high-quality code snippets and detailed explanations.
• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity.
• Provide feedback to shape the next generation of AI models.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress).
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
